According to
http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/help/Catalogue/entries/citeref.html,
the citeref package is already included in miktex, which I am running. I added \usepackage{citeref} to my main file, but when I ran LaTeX I got this error:
latex.exe: GUI framework cannot be initialized.
LaTex failed to create a dvi file.
For possible explanations start the command from the command
prompt.
I tried running latex on the file from the command prompt,
but it didn't give me any useful information.
I haven't looked through every miktex folder to try to find this package (and I'm not sure how it would be listed). Is it part of miktex? If so, what do I need to do besides \usepackage{citeref} to make it work? If not, how do I add it?
Thanks for your attention.
Sincerely,
Jay
