[MiKTeX] Help.

Dear all,
I'm having a lot of problems when running my .tex file. An error message appears saying:
Sorry, but "C:\Program Files\MiKTeX 2.9\miktex\bin\texify.exe" did not succeed.
I read a lot of forums and tried a lot of possible solutions and I cannot find the wright one. When trying to update the packages (one posible solution) I cannot do it because there is some internal problem...The log file of this problem says:

Don't use texify -- at least not if you get errors. It is very
difficult to debug as it doesn't give good error messages.

Run pdflatex and the other tools manually.

Thank you very much for your help.

I do not know how to run all the tools separately. I tried running only pdflatex and the error continues.

If you can help me further I will appreciatte it.
