[MiKTeX] Add new repositories into Miktex offical repository list

Hi,

I'm from China and the current repositories in the official list are too slow to access. Could you add
1. `https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/CTAN/`
2. `http://mirrors.hust.edu.cn/CTAN/`
3. `http://mirror.lzu.edu.cn/CTAN/`
into the official list?
I've tried `mpm --set-repository=https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/CTAN/systems/win32/miktex/tm/packages/` to change the repository. However, it failed.

Hi Mingzhou,

My advice, don't bother about mirror. It is useless.

Checked a few minutes ago, only 19 mirrors listed by Miktex compared to 97
good mirrors listed in CTAN.

Just find any CTAN mirror that is the nearest and fastest to you, and
download the whole Miktex folder.

Want to know why the CTAN mirror that you listed not in the official list?

Hi Sharuzzaman,

Thanksfor your advice. It's quite sad. I think I might try Texlive+Texworks later. Download the whole miktex folder seems too crazy. download.. sync...

I (from germany) see 69 entries both with mpm --list-repositories
and on https://miktex.org/pkg/repositories, including

http://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/CTAN/systems/win32/miktex/tm/packages/

(not https as requested by the OP).
