I'm trying to give you every information I have:

2) the message when I build the format:
Sorry, but miktex-makefmt did not succeed for the following reason:
The input file could not be found.
The log file hopefully contains the information to get MiKTeX going again:
C:/Users/Ollivier/AppData/Local/MiKTeX/2.9/miktex/log/miktex-makefmt.log

Sorry, but "MiKTeX Configuration Utility" did not succeed.

I have used this format and this architecture with MiKTeX for more than 10
years and it was working !

There is no attachment.
The online scanner did not return a hit (for an old version):
