[MiKTeX] Compiling problem/WinEdt/Win 10

Dear community,

we have problems to compile a latex-file with WinEdt 9 as a Windows 10 User.
The problem is that we cannot compile this file after a MikTeX update (with
PdfLatex). And the last time when it does work, we had problems with the fonts.
Can you guys help us with these problems? Thanks in advance!

In theory certainly but in practice it is not possible regarding
your vage problem description.

You are not showing an (minimal) example and don't mention error
messages.
