Andreas,
Given that there were only 23 messages in the 16-day period from Jan 1
to Jan 16, using the daily digest option will not save you very many
messages on your screen.
However, if you wish to invoke it, at the bottom of each message on the
list there is a link to the management page for the MiKTeX-Users mailing
list. If you click on this link, and then look near the bottom of the
resulting page, you will see the following text:
"To unsubscribe from MiKTeX-Users, get a password reminder, or change
your subscription options enter your subscription email address:"
Enter the email address that your postings arrive at, and hit the
"Unsubscribe or edit options" button. This will bring you to a page
where you can enter your password and then edit your options. (If you
do not remember your password, press the "Password Reminder" button on
this same page, and you will be sent your current password.)
I hope that this helps.

Post by Andreas AntoniouHi Bill,
I did not now about this "daily digest" option. Is it useful? If so,
what do you have to do to begin to receive it? I receive the emails
posted by other users but when I subscribed to MiKTeX a long time ago,
the "daily digest" option was not available.

Post by William AtwoodBob,
When someone subscribes to the "MiKTeX-Users" mailing list, one of the
questions that is asked is "Would you like to receive list mail batched
in a daily digest? If the new subscriber answers "yes", then the
postings are sent out (at most) once per day, in the form of a "digest",
and that message is labelled "MiKTeX-Users Digest, Vol xx, Issue yy",
where xx and yy are determined by the mailing list program (which is
called "Mailman").
So, it not surprising that you found nothing; there is no permanent
document with this name; it is only a label that is attached to _some_
of the output from Mailman for this list. It just happened that a
subscriber received a digest (rather than a bare posting), and responded
to it.
I hope that this helps.

Post by Schor, Robert HI recently saw reference to MiKTeX-Users Digest, Vol 120, Issue 6. I went looking for this (Web search for MiKTeX-Users Digest), came up with nothing.
Where can I find this and other Volumes and Issues?
